Our Head Chef is Mardi Burden
Mardi loves to cook and she brings her professional expertise from restaurant kitchens and large catering events to the lessons she teaches in her classes. Mardi's love of cooking, and her knowledge of food and cooking is truly exceptional and pairs well with her passion for teaching.

Our classes are taught by expert chefs who are dedicated to helping you master the art of cooking. We use only the freshest ingredients in class with many of our vegetables organically grown just minutes away. (in season)
Our goals include promoting the benefits of sharing mealtime with family and friends throughout our community. Our classes are fun, friendly and intimate with an emphasis on personal attention. We cook full meals in class and then enjoy them
